  1. General Conduct & Retreat Environment

Siddharya Wellness is a holistic wellness and spiritual retreat space dedicated to mindfulness, healing, and conscious living. Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow participants, staff members, instructors, local culture, and the retreat property.

Any behavior that disturbs the peaceful environment of the retreat may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

  1. Punctuality & Participation

Guests are requested to maintain punctuality for all scheduled activities including yoga sessions, meditation classes, workshops, meals, excursions, and healing sessions.

Late arrivals may disturb ongoing sessions and, in some cases, entry may not be permitted after the session has started.

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary; however, guests are encouraged to attend regularly for the best retreat experience.

  1. Booking & Advance Payment Policy
  • A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Remaining payment must be completed before or during check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking confirmation is completed.
  1. Postponement & Date Changes

Guests may request postponement or rescheduling of their retreat booking subject to availability of future dates.

  • Date changes must be requested in advance.
  • Approval depends on room availability and retreat schedules.
  • Siddharya Wellness reserves the right to apply adjustment charges or seasonal price differences where applicable.
  1. Check-in & Check-out Policy
  • Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be provided based on availability and may involve additional charges.

  1. Property Care & Damage Responsibility

Guests are expected to use all rooms, furniture, wellness equipment, and retreat property responsibly.

Any intentional damage, negligence, misuse, or loss caused to the property, furnishings, equipment, linens, decor, or retreat facilities may result in repair or replacement charges payable by the guest.

  1. Safety & Personal Responsibility

Guests participate in yoga, meditation, excursions, wellness therapies, and retreat activities voluntarily and at their own responsibility.

Guests are advised to inform Siddharya Wellness in advance regarding any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations before participating in retreat activities.

Siddharya Wellness shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injuries
  • Health-related complications
  • Accidents during activities or excursions
  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
  1. Personal Belongings & Liability

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings including:

  • Cash
  • Jewelry
  • Electronic devices
  • Travel documents
  • Luggage
  • Valuables

Siddharya Wellness shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings during the stay or participation in retreat activities.

  1. Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs & Non-Vegetarian Food Policy

To maintain a pure and conscious wellness environment:

The following are strictly prohibited within the retreat premises:

  • Smoking
  • Alcohol consumption
  • Recreational drugs or narcotic substances
  • Non-vegetarian food
  • Any intoxicating or illegal substances

Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of participation without refund.

  1. Peaceful & Harmonious Environment

Guests are expected to maintain silence and mindfulness in designated meditation and healing areas.

Aggressive behavior, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, disturbance, or misconduct toward staff or guests will not be tolerated.

Siddharya Wellness reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior negatively impacts the retreat environment.

  1. Photography, Videography & Media Usage

Siddharya Wellness may capture photographs, videos, recordings, or media content during:

  • Yoga classes
  • Meditation sessions
  • Sound healing sessions
  • Workshops
  • Excursions
  • Community activities
  • Events conducted by Siddharya Wellness

By participating in retreat activities, guests grant Siddharya Wellness permission to use such media content for:

  • Social media platforms
  • Website content
  • Promotional materials
  • Advertisements
  • Printed publications
  • Marketing and branding purposes

Guests who do not wish to appear in media content must inform the management in writing before the retreat begins.

  1. Intellectual Property & Unauthorized Usage

All logos, branding materials, retreat content, images, videos, designs, course materials, website content, and media created or owned by Siddharya Wellness remain the intellectual property of Siddharya Wellness.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, copying, or commercial use of any content, logo, media, or materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Legal action may be taken against misuse or unauthorized representation of Siddharya Wellness materials or identity.

  1. Excursions & External Activities

Excursions and outdoor activities are subject to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Local regulations
  • Safety considerations
  • Operational feasibility

Siddharya Wellness reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel excursions if required for safety or operational reasons.

  1. Force Majeure

Siddharya Wellness shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Political disturbances
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Acts of God
  1. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, making payment, or participating in any Siddharya Wellness retreat or activity, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
