What You Will Gain From Retreat
This three-day retreat is a fuller renewal experience built around arrival, grounding, rejuvenation and reflection. It begins with orientation, healthy vegetarian lunch, gentle stretch yoga and guided gratitude meditation by the River Ganga, helping you settle into the spiritual rhythm of Rishikesh from the first day.
The second day brings the body and mind into deeper balance through breathwork, chanting, meditation and a wellness yoga workshop focused on mobility. The practices are supportive for beginners, but still meaningful for guests who already practice yoga or meditation.
Nature is an important part of this retreat. The silent walk to the waterfall and meditation in nature are designed to quiet the senses, make space for emotional release and help you experience Rishikesh beyond the retreat room.
The final morning closes with sunrise breathwork, gratitude meditation, breakfast and a closing circle. It is a compact but complete journey for guests who want yoga, meditation, sound healing, riverside spirituality, nourishing meals and time to reflect.
