Nada Yoga and sound healing bring a deeper sensory dimension to the retreat. These sessions use vibration, listening and stillness to calm the nervous system and invite a more meditative state, while the philosophy component gives context to the practices.
Creative therapy is one of the defining parts of this retreat. Rock painting gives guests a simple, expressive way to slow down, process inner feelings and engage with mindfulness through the hands rather than only through seated practice.
